WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A HOME HEALTH CARE PROVIDER?
Promptness - You want a Provider that will get back to you quickly and without delay to take care of your needs.

Tax Services - You want a Provider that will file and pay all your employment tax. In CDS, YOU are the Employer! YOU are responsible for Federal, State and Local taxes being collected, filed and paid. When a Provider does not pay all the Participant's taxes, the Participant is in legal jeopardy!

Family Setting - We are a family company that treats our Participant as people and not by their DCN number.
WHERE DO I GO TO GET CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES?
Enrollment is done over the phone and we visit you to help setup your services.
WHO CAN I HIRE?
Caregivers must be:
Be at Least 18 years of age
Be able to meet the physical and mental demands required to perform
Be able to perform tasks required by a a care plan
Agree to maintain confidentiality
Be emotionally mature and dependable
Not be a spouse or legal guardian
CAN YOU HAVE BOTH MEDICARE AND MEDICAID?
Yes, you can have both. If you do not have Medicaid you can apply online.
WHAT'S THE PAY RATE AND HOW OFTEN DO CAREGIVERS GET PAID?
Our Pay Rate is based on experience and Caregivers are paid weekly on Fridays.
